-APPOINTMENT DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT: When booking with us, we require a $100 deposit that will be credited toward the procedure fees. If for whatever reason we think the procedure should not be done the day of the appointment, we will not be able to refund this deposit.
*Administration fee of 3.5% will be charged to booking deposit. You can pay the remaining balance the day of your appointment with Cash to avoid the fee.
-TARDINESS: Please, arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your appointment if it is your first appointment. You will need to complete a consent and medical intake form. We certainly understand that things can come up unexpectedly, but If you are late, it reduces the amount of time the Staff has to spend on your procedure, which in turn compromises your results.
If you know you are going to be late, please call. We will let you know if there is enough time to perform your service or if the procedure will be cancelled due to not having enough time. In this case, we will not be able to refund or to credit for the next appointment.
-CANCELLATION POLICY: If you need to cancel or reschedule, we require it to be made at least 48 hrs prior to the start of your appointment time. The ONLY acceptable way of rescheduling or canceling is by email or phone call during office hours. If no answer from our office, please leave a very specific voice message. We will contact you with a cancellation confirmation or rescheduling. Cancellation or rescheduling is not completed until you receive confirmation from us. Please DO NOT text or email back to the automated appointment reminder messages. We do not receive them. Cancellations and rescheduling within 24 hours or no show, deposit or full amount paid will not be refunded. No calls, no-shows, we will not re-book you.
-CLIENT ONLY IN THE PROCEDURE ROOM: Though a friend or a family member may accompany you to your appointment, we have learned they tend to be a distraction for both the client and the technician, but they are welcome to stay outside the procedure room on the waiting area. It is very important for the technician to completely focus on the procedure in order to have the best results possible. Please do not bring children, toddlers or babies.
-MEDICAL CONDITION: If you have or had any medical condition and/or are taking, took or will be taking any type of medication, please consult your doctor before having any procedure at Boost Skin & Body LL and bring a form from your doctor giving consent to treat you. If you had a procedure done not at Boost Skin & Body and you do not let us know, we cannot assess correctly and your results might not be as desired. If you are not healed from a previous procedure or hide important information from us, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will not be refunded. Sorry for the inconvenience. Communicate with us. Safety is our number one concern.
